Beyond Books Collection Imagination Library 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Ohio brings the joy of reading to children from birth to age five with a free, age-appropriate book delivered to their home each month—no cost, no catch! You can help keep this program free for all Ohio families by purchasing an official Imagination Library license plate, available online at OPLATES.com or in person at any deputy registrar license agency. With each plate purchased in Adams County, $25 goes directly to the Imagination Library’s local partner.
